The Blue Lake Springs Mutual Water Company (BLSMWC) was formed in 1962 to provide water service to the residents of the Arnold area. The current number of hookups is around 1700 for a population of 3400.

We have five full-time employees who are available during business hours. If you have an emergency after hours, please call the emergency phone number (209) 795-7030. BLSMWC board meetings are held at 9:00 a.m. on the second Saturday of the month at the Snowflake Lodge. All shareholders are welcome to attend. Please call if you would like any additional information or assistance.
