Whether it’s a simple inquiry or a water emergency, we are there for you. We have six full-time employees who are available during business hours. If you have an emergency, please call the Emergency Hotline at 209-795-7030.

Water is Our Focus

Whether its drinking water, recycled water, or wastewater, its H20, and the Blue Lake Springs Mutual Water Company manages this vital resource for the public in an effective and comprehensive way.

Governance

Our Board of Directors is elected by shareholders and charged with the responsibilities of establishing policies and rates, the construction and maintenance of facilities, and any other decision necessary to provide water services to our shareholders.
