My wife and I retired to Arnold some six years ago. Since we moved here, I have looked for ways to contribute to
the community that we have here. I served on the Blue Lake Springs HOA Board for three years, serving as
Treasurer and President. I do volunteer work for Big Trees State Park. I have volunteered for several years to be
part of the VIP program for property inspections.

President, Blue Lake Springs HOA- 2019-2020 Served as President of the HOA. Accomplishments include
responsible budgeting, nearly doubling the asset reserve fund, work which I started in my previous year as Treasurer.
Implemented many other initiatives through the year.
Treasurer, Blue Lake Springs HOA- 2018-2019 In addition to increasing the asset reserve fund as noted above, I
implemented a systematic approach to our monthly budget review. Implemented a change from an in-house
bookkeeper to a professional HOA financial services company.

In my career in the electronics industry, I have served as General Manager of a U.S. based subsidiary, Vice
President of Sales, and a number of sales, marketing, quality assurance, and engineering roles. I am a strong
collaborator and team member
