 CALL FOR CANDIDATES FOR DIRECTORS
of the
BLUE LAKE SPRINGS MUTUAL WATER COMPANY
 March 16, 2015

 

In accordance with the Bylaws of the Blue Lake Springs Mutual Water Company, the following appointment of Nomination Chairperson has been made by the Board:

The Chairperson hereby calls for shareholders in good standing who are willing to serve as Directors for a full term following the June Annual Meeting to submit their names and qualifications to the Chairperson, at the above address, by April 14, 2015.

WE NEED A RESUME that should contain:

  1.  Personal information, including your name, location of your property in Blue Lake Springs, a permanent residence location (if different), any background information you deem pertinent; and
  2. Statement of qualifications, including any experience you feel would be valuable to serving on Blue Lake Springs Water Company Board and the reasons why you chose to run.

YOU NEED TO MAKE A COMMITMENT to attend the monthly meetings as well as the Annual Meetings:

2 Directors to be elected
Term: 3 years
Meetings: 2nd Saturday each month
9am to noon

 Annual Meeting on the 1st Saturday in June

 

It is suggested that interested applicants attend at least one Board Meeting prior to the June 6th elections, if possible.
